Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This website is run by Drew Bedford, REALTOR® with Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty, 1918 SE 17 St, Ocala, FL 34471. This page explains, in plain language, what information I collect when you use this site, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I may collect:

Your name, phone number, and email address
Whether you're buying, selling, or both
Your move timeline
Your budget or your home's approximate value
The area or community you're interested in
The address of a property you're selling or want a value for

Answers may be saved as you go, so I can still help even if you don't finish every question.

How I use it

I use your information to contact you about real estate services, such as helping you buy or sell a home, sending a home value estimate, or sharing guides you asked for. I may call, text, or email you using the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply.

Where it's stored

Form answers are stored in Google Sheets and other Google services that I use to run my business. These services have their own security protections.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information. I only share it with my brokerage, Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty, and with service providers that are needed to help you (for example, a lender, title company, or the tools I use to store and manage contacts), and only when needed for your real estate needs or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how visitors use it (like which pages are viewed) so I can improve it. The form also saves your answers in your browser so they aren't lost if the page reloads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Security and spam protection

To keep the site secure and block spam, it may use Cloudflare services, including Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using the form. Cloudflare may process limited technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose.

Your choices

Stop texts: reply STOP to any text message, or email me and I'll stop.
Stop emails or calls: just tell me, or email drewbedford@kw.com.
Delete your information: email drewbedford@kw.com and ask me to delete it. I'll remove it unless I'm required to keep it (for example, records of a completed transaction).

Children

This site is meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
